The tax display is shown on the confirmation page that the price includes a 17% tax of $X. To display a tax and non-tax amount anywhere else, you need to insert it in the event description. Should be no problem at all.

To enable the tax calculation, go to the Discounts & Fees tab in the event setup. Enable the tax and enter the % amount.

Hello,

I have an a design Problem concerning exhibition of the Vat Values
- Basisprice Net set on 1000 ; VAT 19% -

In the
DTH Register, Customers Registration

Step 1:

According DTH Register (please see screenshot step 1) the price is quoted here is the Net Price.
However according to German consumer care laws it is required, that the customer (without any doubt) is to be informed about the full price, i.e. the Gross Price, meaning VAT (and Fees) included. (The final consumer is not deemed not to calculate)

So - for my need and all other German customers selling directly to consumers - at this point in Step 1 there shold appear the Gross Price including VAT, and this should additionally be announced as “(Gross price, including VAT)”.

Step 2: (again sample set Net Price = 1000; VAT 19%=

In step 2 you find currentrly:
(1) Ihre Gesamtsumme lautet: € 1190 (inkludiert 19% - Steuer von 190)
(2) (Veranstaltungsgebuehren = 1000,00; Zusaetzliche Gebuehren = 0,00)

(1) The first line3 I can use as it is.
(2) The second line should be as an Option only and to be removed by me if not needed for other purposes.

Thank you for your attention and early reply.
Yours Jo

Jahn - sorry for the delay, but this is not a priority issue in the sense that it is a customization, not a bug fix. Anyone can use our demo sites and see how pricing is displayed prior to purchasing. When you first purchased, there was no tax feature at all. We have added it, but clearly it's not the way you want it. We have MANY German users and have for a long time. They've obviously found a way around this. Anyway, we've been totally swamped lately and also short-handed so something like this just hasn't made it to the plate. We'll work to get some other tax options in very soon. Hopefully within a week or so I can get something to you. Thanks.
