I just replied to your ticket, but for the help of others, here\'s the issue:

Looks like if you leave the group registration options unchecked, that the custom field option does not save. You are not using group registration so it doesn\'t matter for you, but if you mark one of the options on the right (like \"Billing Only\") your custom field settings will save.

We\'ll get this fixed for the next release, but for now at least you know how to get it to show. Thanks!

Edit: never mind. I now saw the solution. Thanks.

DT Register 2.3.6 solved this officially where you do not HAVE to designate group registration options for the custom fields in order for it to save.
