Hi!

Everything seems to be working perfectly in Firefox, but when I try to register using IE I get Cannot Load this site Errors.

I get it when I try to pull up the main calendar in Jevents and when I try to actually Register using DT Register.

You can recreate the errors by going to roperlaser.com then Support then Upcoming Events or by going to roperlaser.com then Support then Register Online and then actually try to register.

I\'m using DT Register 2.3.0 with JEvents 1.4.3 RC2 on Joomla 1.5 Legacy.

Thanks!
Katrina

I see you opened a ticket for this as well (note to all readers... a ticket AND a forum post are NOT necessary). Your ticket was already closed by yourself so I assume you figured out your problem.

By the way, you should be using DT Register 2.3.2. Thanks.

I am facing this same problem the moment I purchase DTRegister till now v2.3.4. Have also opened a ticket and close off previously as there seems to be no solution from the developer side. A little disappointing. :(

My DTRegister is installed in the following setup:
i. Jommla! v1.5.3 Legacy Mode
ii. SiteTemplate from olwebdesign.com
iii. JEvents v1.4.3RC2

Have did some testing on my part, seems like it maybe a conflict with the site template and have tested a couple of templates from olwebdesign all facing the same problem.

However DTregister seems functioning using the default joomla template, rhuk_milkyway.

Would appreciate the developer team to solve this problem. Till date I still did not deploy my purchased dtregister license due to this major bug!

Many thanks.

I\'m having this same problem, but it appears to only be in IE. Firefox works just fine.

Versions:
DTRegister 2.3.7
JEvents 1.4.3 rc2
Joomla 1.5.9
PHP 5.2.8
Apache 2.2.11

I saw a previous post with a link to a MS workaround and a recommendation to upgrade to IE8.... but the workaround didn\'t work.

Thanks for your support and wonderful product!

Dave

Generally, this type of issue is due to a bad script or bad code in the template. Yesterday we helped a user with a similar problem where we found a module that was putting script into the site in a manner that IE gave errors on just about every page of the site.

Without being able to see your site, all we can do is guess. Best bet is a support ticket giving access to your site so we can check it out and help determine where the problem is coming from and how to resolve it. Thanks.

Thanks admin! You were right on the money! I had a module running that didn\'t play well with dtregister....

Thanks for a great component and the outstanding support!
