As stated in your other post... submit a support ticket with any serious issues. No one has reported this problem before so I\'m sure it is specific to your client\'s site... probably something with the server or hosting account. Provide details in the ticket. Thanks.
Well, it certainly wasn\'t a week ago... however, it did take longer than normal to respond and we do apologize. As I told you in the ticket, we had been out of town and got backed up on tickets as a result. Also, your issue was one that we had not seen before, so it took some extra digging.
It is now fixed on your site though, so you are all set. Thanks for your patience.
