TOPIC: [SOLVED] Registrant Information All Changed??

I haven't seen this one before (I upgraded to 2.7.16 yesterday before this happened so am running the latest version of everything). I had someone log into the site, sign up 5 people for an event using the cart (the new cart as of yesterday) and they made one payment through PayPal.

When the records were created in DTRegister they all showed up with the same information in every field (except the confirmation numbers, they were correct and in sequence). Initially I thought that the same person had signed up 5 times and maybe DTRegister had created duplicates again (see this post http://www.dthdevelopment.com/index.php ... =16&t=8297 ) and I couldn't figure out how they missed the fact that they were paying 5 times as much as they should during the payment process.

After some investigation, and a call to the registrant, it became obvious that she had filled the forms out correctly (I'm sure of this because she had signed up like this for other events in the past and not had any issues) but DTRegsiter had stripped the information from them, creating them all the same and not with the information that she had entered. The information that was saved in the system was the information that was attached to her CB Profile.

I'm hoping that this was a weird gremlin in the system and not a result of the upgrade to 2.7.16 and the new Cart? I wanted to start this thread so people had a spot to quickly document the same thing in case it's happening to others as well.

I have had this happen twice more in the last two days. Anyone else having this same issue?

We've verified this in the 1.5 version only. On it now and will have an update shortly.

Can I get a download link for the last 2.7.15 version? I have 2 events with closing dates arriving soon and with 40+ registrations coming in each day this is way too many errors to keep up with. A downgrade will at least get me working smoothly again.

Downloaded to 2.7.15b and all is good. My blood pressure has gone down significantly as well. Go figure
