Updated to new version 2.7.13
J1.5.25

Was hoping that the update could solve this. I am the Event Owner for the event. From the front end I, >> CHECK ALL - Have ALL STATUS (pending, waiting, etc) and press the create EXPORT button, and return a 403 error - no file (red/white screen).
http://paramediccompetition.ca/index.php?option=com_dtregister&controller=export&task=fieldlist&Itemid=204

As far as I can tell, I'm doing everything correctly.
I even tried - Individual & Group Billing Options checkedboxes only, but still return a 403. i put in dates, no success

Am I doing the dates wrong? Is there something else I need?

Tim

We're experiencing the same problem... are you using Firefox as your browser?

Yes, I am using FF.
Just tried with IE8 too, didn't work.
I believe I tried Chrome too, unsuccessful.

I've also installed 2.7.13 and the CSV export on Firefox isn't working. However, it does work on Safari... so if you have access to that browser, perhaps it will help you for the time being?

Try disabling Admin Tools (Install/uninstall >> components).

There is a conflict.

It is not browser related.

We're experiencing the same issue, seems to be random (sometimes it works, sometimes we get the access denied message). Where do I find the Admin Tools? Using Joomla 2.5, I'm thinking this fix might be Joomla 1.5.
