TOPIC: [SOLVED] First name and Last Name not Showing

Hi Guys,
I have just started using DT Register and so far it is just what I need.
However on the attendees list for an event the First Name and Last Name will not show even though the column is there for both. All other fields are populated.
Any help would be appreciated

I am having the same problem. This is a new issue for me, having had it working for many months. I think it may be related to the 2.7.11b upgrade, since I never seemed to have the issue before this version. It is capturing the names, and they are visible on the backend in the registration records. They just don't show up on the front end with the View Registrants list.

I have done a bit of digging and I have found that if you go to Configuration>General>User Profile Integration and turn this on to Community Builder the Fistname & Lastname show in the View Registrants list. It is a bit strange as I do not use Community Builder or have it installed.

Thanks dr. That works for me too, and like you I have never had CB used or even installed. I hope there are not any negative side effects to turning CB profile integration on. I appreciate and will use the work around, but I still think this is a regression with the later version(s). Thanks again.

This has been bugging me for a a couple of weeks...

I also do not have CB installed, but following your tip I selected User Profile Integration On and the missing fields reappear. Also using ver 2.7.11b.
