TOPIC: Registration not pulling all CB fields

Hi,

The registration form is pulling the first and last names and e-mail address, but none of the address, city, state, etc. fields when a user has already registered to the site. I\'m using CB1.1, DT2.2.2, and J!1.5.0.

maybe your field names are different than what DT Register is looking for. What are your field names?

Does DTRegister add fields into CB? Because, I\'ve got duplicates of similar items, such as cb_addressone, cb_addresstwo, cb_city, cb_state, etc. assigned to the contact tab. Then, I also have address, city, state, etc. assigned to the additional info tab which is not visible. So, I\'m guessing the latter fields are the ones DTRegister is looking for and they\'re are not getting filled out when users register. I guess I\'m going to have to copy all of the previously entered fields into those. That\'ll be fun.

Yes, those fields are created. We realize this is not working ideally for many people so we are just about to address this. We\'re about to release a new bug release that addresses a few items including this. So, don\'t go transferring stuff... just hang tight.

Perhaps I\'m missing something. I have both DT Register and the CB plugin installed. I can see the Additional Info tab in my CB profile and I can see the events registered for... but I do not have any fields in CB for address, etc...

Was DT Register supposed to create these fields in CB for me?

J1.5.3, CB 1.2, DT Register 2.2.3

Likewise - I really need this working, please can you advise what I need to add where?
