hello

i'd like that the group minimum number would be "one" not two.
why ?
because one my site i don't want the subscriber to have to choose between individual or group .
IE : he should fill the form and choose the number fo members which could be "one " if he is alone

There is no way to do a 1 person group at this time. It's just not setup that way.

Hi, firstly thanks for a really great product. From my experience this is the best software of this kind :)

Is there a way yet to have a minimum group of 1? This would be a really great feature because in nearly all my event registrations, there is someone else who books the participant's place for them, e.g. a secretary for their boss, and HR manager for their employee. So it is better that there is always a "billing" contact and a "registrants" contact - with email confirmations going to both. If they happen to be the same then there could be a check box to say billing contact is same as registrant and the registrant fields are populated with the billing contact so details don't have to be re-keyed.

Hope this makes sense? ... and hope there may be a way to do this (that I cant work out yet!)

AH! Exactly what I need too! Any way of doing this at all?

Not only is the registrant vs. participant my issue, but also, I may have the situation where a dept registers as a group with two people, but then one person has to cancel-- only they can't...

Ok this might actually be a kicker for me. I've set up some events as individual events-- where the one registrar is supposed to register individuals for classes; however, I cannot change the "user information" from the auto-populated name/fields when I'm logged in as a user...

Would customization be an option even? Or suggestions please!
Thanks,

I would like this option, too.

Most of my registrants are older and not computer savvy. They are mostly married couples, and insist on registering using the individual registration, (not because it is difficult but they think of themselves as one unit) and in the first name field, they enter both first names, lol. Most of these people also share one email address. I even changed the language file so the registration page read singles and couples, to no avail.

I have just realised you can register 1 person as a group booking, with a separate billing person, but only for the Administrator in the back end. An error message does come up - but it still goes on and allows the Administrator to register one person - plus enter other details for the billing contact. Plus, it sends all the right emails to the right people :)

If it can do this in the back end, perhaps it can be done in the front end without too much modification?

Thanks :)
