Hi,
Yes, the Events (probably free or paid) is using the Configuration Thank You message and not the one I specified for the individual event as an override and I believe it is supposed to be using the override for the individual event. I checked, and it appears to be configured correctly but when you take a look you can verify as I may have something set up up incorrectly.
Rather than do this piecemeal as there are other issues I am seeing on the Thank You message such as the [EVENT_NAME] - Event Title is not displaying, and the [EVENT_DATE] - Event Date is displaying the registration start date instead of the date the event is being held, though I think this tag actually is the start date but not very helpful for the user, I'll do some thorough testing on my test server and make up a list so it can be done at one time instead of piecemeal.
For now, I changed the Configuration Thank You message to be generic without the use of any fields to be safe. We can live with that for a while as the emails are being used from the Event override and not the Configuration default and the user is getting the information they need from the email. I'll also check that the administrator is receiving a copy as it is configured to send one to the administrator also.
I'll get this to you sometime next week as I have a full schedule the rest of the week with other clients and I believe NJAGC should be set for the time being. I'll double-check with them tomorrow to be sure and let you know either way.
