TOPIC: Question About Event Management Page

Just starting to play with DTR. I have created some categories and I am now looking to create some events. When I go to the Event management page under the General tab all is fine until I reach the "Start Date & Time" text Boxes.

I cannot seem to enter anything in the date box and in the middle between the date and time box there is a grey box with three ... inside. It looks like there should be a calendar box there but there isn't. I cannot enter any date but I can in the time box.

If I enter a time but no date I get a red x and a "This Field Is Required" error message.

Any suggestions as to what I have done wrong.

The gray box with the ... is the date picker. When you click on it, does it not bring up the calendar date selector?? How did you set the date for the event as it uses the same tool? What browser? What version of DT Register? If you can't sort it, you should submit a ticket so we can check it out further. Might have something in your site breaking the tool.

Same problem - can't open the date picker. I use Joomla 1.5.22 and the latest DTRegister version 2.7.4 (downloaded and installed today). Tried both IE7 and Google Chrome - none did work. in IE8 it said 'Error on page' when I click on the "...".

VERY annoying as I have to go back to an older version now to set up the event.

Any suggestions?

PS: Tried to create a JEvent event and then use setting 'Sync Event' - still doesn't work. Start and end date form the JEvent record are NOT recognised/set automatically in the DTRegister Event module.

Same thing here, the calendar won't work when I try to create or edit an event.

Joomla version : Joomla! 1.5.22 Stable
DT Register: 2.7.4

Just updated to 2.7.4b, same problem.

This is kind of a major issue, the component is nearly useless if you can't set the dates. Anyone?
