TOPIC: Not all attendees are showing?RESOLVED

Even though I see 3 attendees in the backend records section I only see 1 registrant under the attendees button on the front end. Why are not all showing?
under configuration>>view registrants I have the following:

Show Registrant Username: Yes
Show Date Registered: No
Registrant List Access: Private
Show Registrant Avatar: Yes
Maximum Avatar Size: h w default
Link to Registrant's Profile: Yes
Show Expansion for Group Members: Yes

Curiously, and I don't know if it's related, the one member showing is a pay later "pending" record.

The two not showing are paid "active" records. One an individual and the other a group

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

What version of DT Register are you using? The latest is 2.7.2e. Recent known issues with the attendee's list were addressed. If you aren't current, update. If you still have an issue, submit a ticket so we can check out your site.

where do I download the update. I just had your excellent support team upgrade DT register on Jan 15th 2011.

I can't figure out how to download the upgrade package without paying for DTregister again.

OK I now see that I would have to buy it all over again. Seeing as how two weeks ago we paid to have support upgrade DTreg can we somehow get some help. I don't mind doing the upgrade myself if you would be kind enough to extend the courtesy of sending me the new upgrade.
