TOPIC: [SOLVED] Cannot make changes AFTER event creation

I have been able to reproduce this now so feel comfortable posting this.

After creation of an event... I can't change the price and or dates.

This is using the version 2.7.2e.

Please dont' tell me to submit a ticket... because these problems need to be known by all users...

Please research then provide an answer.

I am currently able to change a price after creating an event with DT Register 2.7.2e and have it "stick".

Can you maybe provide some more info? Is it an event that's part of a repeating series of events? Does the user you're logging in as have permissions in the "Permissions" bit of the DT Register backend to make these changes?

It's a strange situation that your site's exhibiting, but perhaps with more info we can help?

Norm, this is not some regular bug. You're the first person to report any issue like that so it has to be something unique to your site. My guess is something in the changes you made are not being accepted so it will not let you save. Check next to the dates and see if there is a red X or a blue check. When you make changes, use the date picker instead of manually typing the changes.

There isn't any red X that I can see ( have checked all tabs).
It appears to be the ending date I think.
I'm not typing the end date manually... but rather using the tab cursor.

Any further suggestions?

Can you take a screenshot of where you're trying to make changes to the date/time and post it in this thread? Maybe that visual will help us zero in on your situation.

Thanks for your interest.... the problem as I see it is that even though I don't get a red X on the end date field... I also don't get a blue TICK.
