TOPIC: [SOLVED] Pay Later not working

Version 2.7.2d

I use only 'Pay Later' and only one 'Mail in payment' option. The payment scheme is selected as the default. Only accepting individual registrations, no groups.

After completing the registration fields, and getting the confirmation page, clicking 'Next Step' gives me a page saying only 'Event Registration: payment' and a 'Next step' button.

The url is: "/index.php?option=com_dtregister&controller=payment&task=methods&Itemid=100063"

Clicking 'Next Step' produces a totally blank page with the url "index.php?option=com_dtregister&controller=payment&task=billinginfo&Itemid=100063".

Does anyone else have this problem?

I can tell you we are only accepting pay later options at he moment ( Just opened for a big sign on reg this weekend )
We have taken over 30 regs with no errors
We tested everything 1000 times before we released ( Yes we had errors but they were all addressed in the updated versions )
Maybe try disabling the Email payments and test it with just pay later??
Try and narrow your problem . And vice versa .
It would probably be a setting maybe ( Discounts and fees tab ? )

RDG - this is most definitely a setup issue. There is no bug with Pay Later and hasn't been either. First, update to 2.7.2e as the "d" release did have an issue with free items. Anyway, you have to enable Pay Later in the list of gateways you are offering. Then you ALSO have to check the box(es) for the pay later options you want to offer down at the bottom of that page. You must have something missed. If you can't find it, submit a ticket and we'll help you out. Thanks.

OK, removed DT Register (incl from database) and did a total re-install of version 'e'. Joomla is 1.5.22.

* no discounts set up or used,
* only one payment option is available and that is set as default,
* it is selected as the payment configuration in the activity,
* only have 'Pay Later' selected in General Payment Options,
* two 'Pay Later' options available and selected ('mail in' and 'electronic transfer'),
* after the confirmation page clicking 'Next Step' produces a blank screen.

So what have I missed ??

Has this been resolved? I am having the same issue. I do not see any checkbox or option for selecting either of the two pay later options (Mail-in or Pay At The Door) at any point before the blank screen. Have I missed something? My configuration is the same as the previous post, Joomla 1.5.22, DTReg "e".
