I just installed 2.7.2c from 2.7.1x and when I go to the CSV Export option, there are no events listed. The only thing I see is "Check ALL", when I select check all and hit next, nothing happens. I need to do an export for client.
Also, the records are not correct. There are several blank records and the groups are not appearing correctly. All the way to the right and groups say "1 Member". When I click on the group, there is the correct amount of lines, but all the information is blank. Thanks
Not heard of any CSV issue like that. Are your events archived? Archived events won't show up for export.
As far as any messed up records, we've seen some people get some records after a migration that are not associated with any events. Those have ended up being stray records that are from events that are no longer in the system. In some older versions, you could delete an event and the records would not be deleted. So you've migrated in some records that have no event... that is most likely the explanation for those. Just guessing without looking at it.
In the export file, if you have blank rows, those are likely for details of group members, but you haven't included data for the members. Again, guessing
Thanks, I am embarrassed, they events were archived. I unarchived them, and now they show up. However I must be missing something. When I export there is no user information (name, address, email, etc). Any other thoughts?
No worries Did you check the user information fields and select the data you want in the export file? Make sure you have the latest package too... a couple updates ago there was a bug fixed with the CSV export. Previously, you had to select the fields for BOTH the user column and the group member column for it to work. That's no longer the case. I'm assuming that is what you are experiencing and you need to update.
