Yep, I can confirm: i'm seeing the same error report a ginajack when I run the cbtools check of plugin dbs (I'm on DTR 271d w/ the latest version of the CB plugin installed, and on 1.31 for CB).

Nathan, on the one hand you're telling us in the changelogs that there are only minor bugs left after 271d, on the other hand stuff like this CB issue is apparently still out there... I think it would be really, really nice to see a reponse right about now. I appreciate your disclaimer up top about us please not double posting stuff like this in tickets AND the forum -- but if you're not answering the tickets, then we're eventually going to ping others on the forum to figure out if it's a problem on our end or something that others are seeing as well.

My client is not getting any lessed pissed with every report they run where zero profile data is pulled over for participants. (ginajack don't know if this helps in your situation, but I'm thinking that I can perhaps kludge a temp reporting tool for them using sql2excel -- a completely awesome component with such outstanding features like working as expected . I'd have to custom build a worksheet for each event in DT Register, but it would at least allow me to give my client a way of reporting out participants with the info they thought they were going to have on the back end of DTR.)

Sorry for the HOURS it has been to get a response from me on the forum. I wish you would have paid attention to the comment someone else made. Configuration -> Profile Sync. That is the answer. You have NOT done your setup. In 2.6, the sync was all hard-coded as the default fields were the only thing that synced and were all hard-coded fields. Now all fields are configurable... so there is an added Profile Sync tab in the Configuration area where YOU establish which CB fields sync with which DT Register fields. This is also covered in the new video tutorials for configuration. Also covered in live webinars, which I thought you had participated in one. Anyway...

The CB plugin has NOTHING to do with syncing the fields. I just checked your site and did verify that you have not setup any field syncing. Take care of this and you should be fine.

If our site says that you can sync DT Register fields with CB fields... then you CAN do it. We would not tell you the functionality was there and just completely remove it. No functions from 2.6 were lost... only enhanced and new ones added.

Gina, I wish you had consulted the videos, the PDF manual, something before you just assumed that we stripped all CB sync out of the component. Why would we do that?? Answer, we didn't. It's still there and works perfectly fine.

And my deep and full apologies for my dumb-ass oversight. Actually and unfortunately the little "cue" from the boarder referencing "Profile Synch" meant nothing until you responded with the specifics.

So glad to hear your issue was resolved. Mine isn't however -- and my CB fields are definitely set up in Configuration -> CB Sync as thepiston so helpfully suggested. It worked fine on my original install of the new release, but then came apart somewhere along the way thru the many interim updates to 2.71d.

I'm very much hoping that Nathan will take a second to look into this; it may well have something to do with my setup of DT Register, but it's not clear to me what I could do differently.
