vosto - this thread is about attachments being made to the USER confirmation email... not the admin email. If you have issues with the admin email including items uploaded during registration, first check and make sure this directory exists:
/images/dtregister/uploads/
Then make sure that field has the parameter set to include the upload as an attachment in the admin email. If you still need help, shoot over a ticket.
