TOPIC: [SOLVED] Submitting Payment Leads to Blank Screen!

After I enter in all the information for a payment and hit submit, I am taken to a blank screen, with a single line on the top of the screen. Nothing else happens. ?????

This would be one of two things:

1) you\'re hosted on GoDaddy which DOES have issues with authorize.net. There is a slight file modification that fixes this though.

2) your SEF is causing the problem. What SEF component are you using? DT Donate is only tested to work with core Joomla SEF and Artio JoomSEF.

1) I am hosted through aplus.net, not godaddy. On the off-chance aplus has the same problem, what would the fix be?

2) SEF? Not 100% familiar with this, but when I look at the installed components in Joomla, I see System SEF. Is this what you\'re talking about?

OK, I guess SEF means \"search engine friendly\"... and I\'m assuming that I have the default Joomla SEF installed, as I have not installed any 3rd party SEF files.

To check, please turn OFF SEF urls in your global config and see if the component works without that.

No, unfortunately, that didn\'t do anything. I\'m still getting the same blank page with a single line on the top.
