TOPIC: Code to register

I would like to be able to give a person a code to register for an event after a certain date. We use DT Register for out youth baseball league and have parents registering their children late. Because of problems with numbers of players on a team and number of coaches required, we like having the late registrants contact us to see if there is space available rather than having them register and then needing to refund their money.

If there is a parent that wants to register late and their is room available, the person in charge of the league could give them a code so that they can register and pay online.
