TOPIC: Event 'Owner' for front-end access eg CSV download

Would this be possible for the upcoming big new release? You may have included it already - but it just occured to me yesterday how GREAT it would be...

When admin creates a new event at back-end - there's an option to nominate a front-end Joomla user as the 'Owner' of the event...

This would mean when that person logs on, they get access to certain functions - The one I really had in mind was the ability to do CSV downloads of the data relating to their event. But maybe more abilities would make sense too.

As a minimum though, what do you think of the CSV access idea? My event 'owners' are constantly asking me for new CSV downloads of the data - very time consuming.... If they could help themselves that would be AWESOME!!!!!
