TOPIC: Move from Wait List to Registered

It would be wonderful to be able to move individuals and groups from the waiting list to a become a registered member(s) in an event.

I think there would need to be the ability to override the maximum attendees parameter on a case-by-case basis i.e. for any individual move or for the group being moved.

An email confirming the move from the wait list to the registrant would be nice.

Additionally, the ability to do this from the front end would be good as I wouldn't need to let untrained users into the back-end.
