TOPIC: Recurring Payments support

Support recurring payments or subscriptions for on-going events where an event is held periodically (weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc) and the user may opt in and opt out as they desire.

Each event would be unique in some way though (eg. different venue, different dial in number, etc).

We hold tele-classes which allow anyone across the world to dial in each fortnight. The format and structure of each tele-class remains the same. The only difference from fortnight to fortnight is the dial in phone number.

Each participant signs up for a month with recurring monthly fees. They may opt in and opt out as they wish.
