TOPIC: Billing Info before member details

Could it be possible to show the Billing Info screen BEFORE the Member Details are taken?

My reasoning is because the ultimate 'Terms and Conditions' that I want people to agree to - comes right at the end - After someone's just entered 10 people's details, they are then going to be a bit mad if they then read the T & C and realise there is something there they don't like!

Just seems more logical that way.....

I have a better suggestion

It's impossible to have the billing before the members, because the members have some fee fields, which affect the total cost and with every step this cost can change.

However having a screen with "Terms and Conditions" right after press "Register" button and then proceeding to the members fields can be the solution.
