TOPIC: Add support for jEvents Locations

I know you've put a lot of effort into enabling DT Register to run separate from jEvents, but for some clients the integration is a real plus and not something that will be given up any time soon. One feature that would be great to see would be a full integration with jEvents' location management system. If a client uses that mechanism to flag an event with a location, it's annoying to have to define the same location again within DT Register and re-associate the registration event with the new location. The field set required by DT Register's location function is fully covered by the jEvents location table (their table just has lots more fields), so there's really no drawback or problem with setting up this option in the config.
