I agree...very poor service. I have a ticket open for almost two months now without any reply and it is holding up a national reunion we are trying to organise. This despite reminders in the ticket, emails to contact us asking what is going on with my request.
I am a returning customer and find this unacceptable. Looks like DT Register will go the way of the Do Do (extinct bird).
I think it criminal that organisations such as this take a fee for a service and do not provide the service. Not to mention creating unnecessary stress for site owners who are trying to provide their customers with a good service.
I will never recommend DT Register again. I would not want anyone to be subject to this poor and unprofessional approach to service and its customers.
As already stated by Rich, we are making big efforts and changes to get the support back in order. In the last couple of weeks, significant changes have happened. We've addressed all recent tickets and posts and are in the process of going back through old still looming items.
DTH is not defunct... not taking on more than we can handle... etc... just dealing with the negatives of some personnel issues. Those issues have been handled so we are moving forward. Strong.
We're getting to everyone's existing issues and also putting together a package update with a number of items that we've addressed this week. Negativity here won't help anything moving forward. We know there have been issues in recent months and are doing all we can to move beyond that.

Good to read you are making changes that will give your customers better service. I genuinely wish you well with your changes.
BTW I am concerned that you believe the "negativity" here is not justifiable comments from your clientele. The comments would not have been made without cause. I know I have better things to do that make adverse comments without thought or with out cause.
I am sure you must recognise that things have not been as they could be by the changes you are making. Rousing at your clients is not the way to go.
Good luck and keep up the work of improvement. I have no doubt all your clients will be behind your efforts.
I never said that negative comments were without cause. I actually said that we knew there had been issues with support in recent months. We are not denying it... of course being the reason for changes. My point was that continuing at this point with ongoing negativity was unnecessary. We're on it. Message received. Actions being made. Problems being resolved. Moving forward!
