I too appreciate Rich's response. I know Jen worked all weekend and it appears all of my tickets/issues have been resolved. (None of them involved migration, BTW.) All of them were mission-critical and that's the only reason I posted in this thread.
We posted a big update today. It addresses the problems listed in this thread along with some other important fixes. I will follow up with you individually afterwards.
I asked a very simple question about upgrade procedure - with the added temptation that an answer would have brought a licence renewal.... but no response to that either....
I think, I'm sorry to say, that this is now a defunct entity.... We heard a few things from the new owners which gave hope, but since then nothing... I think they've taken on too much - DT Reg had grown in so many directions, and there were bugs everywhere you looked. Obviously I hope I'm wrong.... but it doesn't look that way guys. Game Over I fear...
