TOPIC: Custom Email Replys

Hi all,

I've created custom emails for clients with a number of email fields. My problem is when the email is sent the fields are filled out however the layout of the email is bad. There are gaps and line spaces in the content meaning it doesn't look very professional. Below is the custom email I've made up. Is there any way to fix this problem by setting out the custom email differently?
