TOPIC: Conditional field filters

Hi,
Is there a way to enable the following 'idea' to be implemented in conditional fields?

START
If member = Y
then
member inputs data (max 5 characters)
system checks/compares first two characters input against a set of characters (eg AA|AB|AC|AD)
if there's a match for those characters
then allow discount
END
