I am having some trouble with DT register double billing my members when they sign up for an event. I thought that this bug was fixed. Anyone else having this problem and have a fix? I was thinking it might be a user error by them clicking on the submit button twice. Is there an option to make sure this does double bill and charge their credit card twice?

I am on joomla 2.5.8

We are using DT Register version 2.8.5a on Joomla 2.5.9 and are experiencing the same issue. Has this been resolved for you?

I am still having this problem. I see a new release is out but it doesnt say this was fixed.

I have a ticket open and they are going to put a tracking app on my website to see why its happening.

This is costing us money each time we have to refund money to our members plus the time to have to do this etc.. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I am having the same issue on a website I am working on. We recently configured Authorize.net using AIM and every so often we get one double billed.

Please let me know if anyone has found a solution.

So far what I have been able to see is that the correct amount is logged in the database but the confirmation email and Authorize.net charges the amount is doubled.
