Long time fan and user of DT register with Google Checkout, however just recently (in the last few months), there seems to be a problem.
I receive payment, to my Google account, but the purchase doesn't "register" with DT register in Records.
Also, I get the following notification from Google:
Subject: Attention required: order notification failing
We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL,

As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk, or other notifications.
To help you identify the issue with your callback URL, please review the errors we encountered while sending notifications to you. To review this error information:
Sign in to Google Checkout.
Click on the Tools tab.
Click Integration Console.
Error messages will appear under 'Integration Issues.' If necessary, you can also update your callback URL in the 'API callback URL' box on the same page.

I have searched the forum for this issue and found some similar issues, but they're either not the same or have gone unanswered.
Also, I must have check my end close to a dozen times now, and copy & pasted the merchant id and key, with "Notification as HTML". I also have a valid and current SSL certificate. Like I said, I've used DT register for years and have never had this issue before. Please help as many of my members use the Google Checkout option. Thanks.
