I had the same thing happened to me...then I got a message that the location did not exist, and now, ALL MY LOCATIONS ARE GONE!

All,
Check your permissions. For some reason my ID (and all our IDs) had the permissions for locations unchecked. I got a quick answer in the support section for my ticket.

Update: I still can't add a location, so the fix Jen gave me didn't work :(
