TOPIC: Can registrant edit their info after cut-off date is past

The cut-off date for registration for my event is just past. The event itself is 2 weeks in the future.

The people who registered for my event can login, but can no longer edit their registration information. The 'Edit Pencil' and link are not visible.

If the person needed to pay, the 'Pay Now' link is present, and the cancel link is present.

In the backend of the event, 'User Panel', the 'Change Record Option' is enabled, but it seems the actual date I set is being ignored. I tried removing the date entirely; that didn't make a difference.

The problem occurred after the cut-off date for registrations was reached.

Question: Can a registrant edit their registration info after the cut-off date for registration is past or is it that once registration is closed, can they no longer edit their registration, or am I missing something?
