TOPIC: localhost use

Hi , I new on here.
I wonder about the posibility to work with this extension on a localhost with xampp .
I bought the extension and i m thinking to operate with this on localhost but when i tryed to us the control panel on a menu i had this advice or error

It posible to work with localhost ?
