I would like to put a disclaimer above the submit button for users not to submit twice their transaction. For some reason I am having users hitting it twice since it takes a while. I need this in bold and big letters above the submit button.

Also there is no back button for users to go back, is there an option for a back button?

I am on joomla 2.5.8
DT Register 2.8.0
using default pay options- authorize.net & pay later
