TOPIC: Istalled, but no registration page

I've submitted a couple support tickets on this, but DTH support has been unresponsive...

I've installed the extension, added the event listing module, properly configured it and added an event. However, when you click on the event listing it goes to a blank template page. Seems like it has to be a simple solution...

Before DTH support dropped off, they found that the extension was installed ok and that maybe it was a permissions setting that was off. That was it. Any ideas? Thanks.
