TOPIC: Conditional fields in Thank You email

I have created a number of conditional fields in my form, and am quite pleased with the resulting user experience -
the user is prompted only for the information which is relevant in the particular case.

The problem comes when I go to customize the Thank You email - I only want to show certain fields if they were visible on the form. I can do this fairly easily with PHP logic, but I'm not at all sure how to implement this in DT Register.
