TOPIC: Registration page resets when user hits Next

I am having several users complain that when they click on the Next button after entering all of their information, the system reloads the registration page as a blank page and makes them start over. They try several times and still cannot get through.

In several instances, later on, they are able to register just fine. Same computer and all. Other people get through in one try at the same time that others are having problems.

I am not able to reproduce the error on Windows 7 with IE or Firefox
One person was definitely using a mac and chrome this morning

Also have been informed that DT Register drop down options do not work in Safari?

I have had one report of a similar problem. Haven't yet found out what browser and device the registrant was using.

I had a user last night that was on her computer. Tried in both Firefox and IE and got the same result multiple times. I finally registered her over the phone.

I think this is a redirect issue.

Make sure you have the DTH SSL plugin.

I poked around... did not see any issue. I had a similar problem in the past and it was because either my template or a component/product was using lightbox and that always seems to screw something up for me with DTR.
