I am occasionally getting duplicate registrations and/or registrations emails.
Most recently someone registered for a free event and it only shows one registration in the records but two registration emails were sent out/received.
Any idea what is causing this?
When it happens it raises issues; like the people reading the emails thinking two registrations happened and when it occurs with a paid event, thinking they were charged twice, etc.
Help would be great on this. Running latest Joomla and DT Register.
This does happen on my sites albeit very rarely. Each time the confirmation number is identical and some people notice this, some don't. Some of those who don't call or email concerned that they were charged twice, while others probably check their credit card for double payment.
