TOPIC: Duplicate entries of same using cart

I've discovered something quite interesting and problematic with someone registering for events using the cart.

If the user continues and re-registers for the same event the cart ALLOWS them to do so resulting in a duplicate registration of the same event!

The system creates two separate Confirmation numbers as well.

By the way, I have enabled "Duplicate Registration Prevention" in the config settings.
