TOPIC: Site registration with DTH down since a week

I have used DTH Reg since about 2 years for one of my business (a business club). It worked relatively well even if we always had some "minor" annoying bugs. DTH asked us to update to 2.8.5 to address some of those "minor" bugs. Since this upgradre the registration is completly broken. Basically you can register but the registrations are never recorded in the list.

As I relly 100% on DTH to run this business, I raised an URGENT ticket immédialty. DTH has been connecting to my site to investigate but a week later they have not yet found any solution.

DTH is nice and has many features but if the support don't get me out of this deep sh*t quickly I will have to switch to another system. Features are great but I cannot stop my business for weeks because a simple upgdrade broke the component and the support cannot fix it...

I hope I have a solution in the next 48 hours, else I will have to look for another booking solution

DTH support has finally found a fix.

My site's registration was down for a week.

What was the solution, because this is happening to me now that I upgraded to DTRegister 2.8.5b and Joomla 2.5.9.

Update: the problem turned out to be a failure to update the database tables during the upgrade. Support fixed the problem, but it took 3 days of registration being down to get it done.
