TOPIC: Override mod_dt_upcoming_event

I am trying to override mod_dt_upcoming_event

in my template I added under "html" the folder mod_dt_upcoming_event
and I copy mod_dt_upcoming_event.php from the module folder and it seems that overriding is not active...

Somebody could tell me how to proceed?
