I've been getting the same issue since installing 2.8.3. Again with 2.8.4, and just now again with the new 2.8.5. Each time I uninstall the latest version and re-install an older version 2.8.2 which is the last time I wasn't getting the warning message, and I submit another support ticket, but so far no fix.

Here's what I see after going through the User Panel "Pay Now" and submitting credit card info:

I am experiencing the same with 2.8.5 Paypal partial payments...

An open bug for what, 11 days now and very little response!

A fix has been placed on our website to address the Paypal issue. Please download and install the update. Sorry for the issue.
