I explained my site is a live site and I reverted to 2.8.4

This is still a bug.

I have a standard install with my host so there is nothing my end that is causing this.

Please FIX your software!

Well it has been 15 days and the last fix made it worse.

So you'll have to excuse my frustration with your level of service.

John - It's hard to help you if we can't replicate it here. We're looking at Garth's and my guess is when it is debugged it will be the same issue. We'll let you know afterwards.

Garth - I sent several emails today in the support ticketing system. We ran a test on your system after installing the latest updates. Looks like the issue is resolved. Can you verify it please?
