Is there a way to re-send the confirmation email to a single person in a group? I have a group of 50 and two people claim they didn't receive the confirmation (which also includes the bar-code). I don't want to re-send to the entire grop but I can's see how to do it for one or two people.

Apparently DT Register isn't set up to do this. The admin's response was that if one person gets the confirmation, they should all get it, so check SPAM, etc. That may be, but it's not good customer service, telling our customers that the confirmation was sent so they just need to find it. I've asked about a workaround and if I hear something that works I'll post it here.

Meanwhile, this would be a good feature for future releases...

Nothing about a workaround. Really disappointed about this. DT Register has so many great features (including being able to re-send the confirming email to s single registrant) so I don't understand how they could:
a) Miss something so fundamental.
b) Find is acceptable to simply say "get them to check their SPAM filter."

I've asked the admin about a workaround TWICE now and received nothing. :shock:

Finally received a "sorry but we'll add it in future" response from Jennifer. I can't believe that with all the great featured of DT Register, they missed this! We had to issue new registrations to around 200 people because we couldn't re-send their originals, which now screws up our reporting.

I also issued another ticket about people who paid with Paypal and simply didn't show up in DT Register. No response to that one after three days.

I've been instructed to look for an alternative to DT Register before our next event.
