Hi Folks,
I wonder if anyone else had this issue...
I get returned, from Authorize.net, to a BLANK page on the site after a successful registration and payment. No thank you message shows, even though I have DT Register set up with a thank you message and enabled in the custom message area. So, someone registers, goes to Authorize.net to pay, pays, then gets returned to the site but to a blank page.
I set up the Relay Response URL in Authorize.net to what DTRegister says it should be: [mysitedomain]/components/com_dtregister/success.php?task=restore
This really is an issue because people who register and pay get returned to a blank page and don't know what is going on (although they do get the email confirmation).

What MIGHT be connected to this, is that even for other events, only the generic/global thank you message on screen shows, not the custom message. I have the custom thank you message typed in and enabled.

I have put a ticket in for this and the first reply was to make sure no caching and to put in website domain as receipt URL. I have no caching enabled and did put in the site domain int he receipt URL on Authorize.net and the problem persists.

I was wondering if anyone else out there has dealt with something like this and has some helpful info???

I updated my ticket on this ... Authorize.net ran a test and all works as it should on their end of things so it is an issue with DT Register not showing the thank you message - people get sent back to a blank section.
I hope someone with DTH can help on this soon.

Thank you for looking into this/ticket. I did what you asked and still the return to the thanks URL ends up with a blank message area. I even deleted the thank you message and saved and disabled and saved and then redid the custom thank you message and re-enabled and saved and same thing - blank thank you message area once returned from Authorize.net to the DT Register controller.
I appreciate you looking into the ticket again. Hopefully we can figure out the problem and solve it!

Are you running both Zend and APC on your server? We were and that was the cause of the blank pages at checkout. We disabled APC on the site with DTRegister and all is well again.

GoDaddy host. Not sure if what you mentioned is running. I will have to check.
