TOPIC: multilingual issue -problem with second language

joomla 2.5.8

All things were working perfect but after i migrated to joomla 2.5 from joomla 1.5 and clean installed the new DtRegister i face the following:

I have created a second language file (greek) which lies in the correct language directory. I have translated with falang the DtRegister Events, Categories and so on...
a) When using "calendar view" no content is translated. The values of the parameters of the Greek language file are not passed and also the Falang-translated content is not passed as well
b) when using "event list" the Falang-translated content (i.e. events,categories) is shown correctly but the values from the language file are not passed again.

any ideas on what might be causing this?
any options that could be necessary and havent paid notice to from the configuration?
