You can also have the uploaded file(s) attached to the admin notification email. Each upload field has a parameter to enable the admin attachment or not. If you enable that, you will get the files via email and won't have to go download them from anywhere.

This is the way we are currently using.
The problem appears when "somebody" loses the mail
In other way, having multiple/big files per event can produce errors in mail attach.

I was thinking about some kind of directory tree organised by event\registrant or something similar.
