Ollie... I just replied to your ticket, but will put the thoughts here as well...
Two things...
1) I see that the blank records in your system presently are all from the same event... an event that has no correct records. This tells me the problem may be specific to that event. To help with that, I did open and re-save the event. Maybe field assignments were not fully saved to the event.
Can you verify that this issue has been tied to one event only?
2) I uploaded a couple of modified files that may also help. Please monitor over the next few days and let us know if the issue happens again. Thanks again for your patience!

There is no concern there, but if you're that worried about it, enter ANYTHING in those fields. It will still submit. We'll send you files through there.
